50% (non-refundable) deposit must accompany all registrations.

Session payments or camp payment must be made in full prior to start date sessions or camp.

Reservations will be accepted by phone, email, our web registration form or by written request or spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

WAIVER: The applicant agrees that Powerhouse Performance Hockey and/or its proprietors connected herewith will not be responsible for any accident or loss however caused and agrees to release the proprietors from all claims of damage that may arise as a result of such accident or loss.
